FOUR STEP FORMULAR

  1. First, talk to them privately.
  2. Second, praise them for what they are doing well.
  3. Third, Point out the one thing at the moment that they could do better and help them find the way
  4. Fourth, Praise them again on their good points.

RESOLVE NOW TO SET ASIDE SOME TIME EACH DAY (AT LEAST THIRTY MINUTES) TO BE COMPLETELY BY YOURSELF.

  • To do directed thinking, review the major problem facing you. In solitude your mind will study the problem objectively and lead you to the right answer.
  • To do undirected thinking, just let your mind select what it wishes to think about. In moments like these your subconscious mind taps your memory bank, which in turn feeds your conscious mind.
  • Undirected thinking is very helpful in doing self-evaluation. It helps you get down to the very basic matters like “HOW CAN I DO BETTER”, WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT MOVE?
  • Remember the main job for leadership is thinking. Spend some time in managed solitude everyday and think yourself to success.

It is not possible to achieve large success without hardships and setbacks. But it is possible to live the rest of your life without defeat. Big thinkers react to setbacks this way:-

  1. Regard the setback as a lesson. Learn from it.
  2. Blend persistence with experimentation. Back off and start afresh with a new approach.

Think big enough to see that defeat is a state of mind nothing more.

A WISE MAN WILL BE MASTER OF HIS MIND, A FOOL WILL BE ITS SLAVE.

Achieving full potential is an everyday choice.

Practices are what create habits.

Three biggest challenges today are

  1. Time pressures
  2. Financial pressures
  3. The struggle to maintain a healthy balance between work and home.

It takes a real commitment to create positive transformation.

Life doesn’t just happen to you. It’s all about choices and how you respond to every situation.

Successful people have successful habits. Unsuccessful people don’t.

Your habit will determine your future.

  1. Focused Action
  2. Personal discipline
  3. Lots of energy everyday to make things happen.

Knowing the right thing to do. It is the higher level of awareness that determines your daily quality of life.

  1. Practicing good nutrition
  2. Exercising
  3. Studying longevity play a major role here.
